Today,meeting coach steve at 163 ..when i reach 163 .. shock me.. coach marcus and leonard were there too .. LOL..cause normally coach marcus got greendale.. after tat , went to school .. pitch to coach marcus.. at first still ok .. but slowly im so tired .. lost my concentration.. the end one strike also don have! made coach marcus keep pick ball! sorry !! feel guilty about it.. then throw ball with velle.. the weather is killing us !!no word can describe it! Fielding, i like it alot ! and i can feel that im burning !! hot till .. -.-..and the exercise made me breathless ..so tiring !! i must breathe so hard! then 2 set of 30 fence batting.. my stamina drop like shit till i hit 10 plus ball im already very tired! then machine batting , front toss ,side toss and machine batting again.. every set 12 balls.. my hands now full of blisters.. im very happy that today i join them for full training.. normally i only join some.. HAHA! so happy ! got sense of achievement! =D .. after training , went to plaza with velle jinhan joey huixia.. buy naked fish and went to our "old place" =D then chit chat till 9.30p.m. and walk home with joey jinhan! =DD
