Yesterday, have softball training finally no rainy day or wat lightening alert.. so at first me and carol run 5 rounds..i donno why so tiring last time run 25 rounds.. i not so tired.. i think damn long nv run le ba..so having pitching .. pitch to the tyre.. luckily i still can hit it. fielding.. ermm my throwing deprove alot! i must go train it.. i need to brush up my batting,fielding,throwing&pitching.. i deprove alot.. must go train up.. if not next year i sure die.. confirm warm the bench. i donno wat is the point for me having long leg.. even joey jinhan they all pitching can jump so far.. i cannot.. zzz! after training, sit coach marcus car to plaza with carol&cherlyn.. then went home..

Training without velle seem so weird can?! miss her loads! =D
